GDPR / EU: You have the right to request erasure (the “right to be forgotten”). Controllers must respond without undue delay and at latest within one month; our stated 3-7 business day practice is intended to comply with this. See official guidance for more detail.
UAE PDPL: The UAE Personal Data Protection Law gives persons rights over their personal data; we treat requests received from UAE residents in accordance with that law and our obligations under it.
To protect everyone’s data and prevent fraudulent requests we may ask for reasonable proof that you are the person named in the request (for example, confirmation of the email used to sign in). We will only ask for what is strictly necessary to verify identity.
